Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. During peak seasons or for high-demand/pre-order items, processing may take up to 14 business days. If your order includes pre-order items, your entire order will ship once everything is ready.

Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days (plus processing time)
Express Shipping: 3–6 business days (plus processing time)

Tracking Your Order

All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order anytime on our website.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — thresholds are displayed in your local currency.
